Which U.S. States Accept Out-of-State Medical Marijuana Authorizations?

As more and more states legalize medical marijuana, a lot of patients are starting to wonder if their authorizations are valid in any states other than where they were first issued. U.S. Surgeon General Believes Medical Marijuana is Helpful

In an interview with CBS (starting at the 3:45 mark), the new U.S. Surgeon General, Vivek Murthy, made some very interesting statements about cannabis: “For certain medical conditions and symptoms, marijuana can be helpful…I think we have to use that data to drive policymaking.” Incredible how one little sentence from an influential person can resonate and echo throughout a nation.
